Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our team as the Director of Fitness & Rehabilitation Services. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the Rehabilitation Services and Fitness Departments to include staff utilization, budgetary responsibility, internal marketing, support of well-being programs, departmental and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: A Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology), with a Master's degree preferred; minimum of three years' direct patient care experience; minimum of one year management experience; thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
