We are looking for an experienced Painter / Drywall Finisher to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine to complex surface preparation, selecting appropriate paint materials, and using various application techniques to achieve a high-quality finish.
You will work with our team to ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared and painted to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation and paint material selection
- Application of primer, paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer
- Removal of old finishes and surface preparation
- Maintenance of inventory of supplies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of painting experience
- Valid driver's license
