Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals in our scratch kitchens using seasonal ingredients and menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Meet quality and presentation standards set by our culinary team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant or similar environment
- ServeSafe certification (preferred)
