In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service, participate in menu planning and implementation, and maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Participate in menu planning and implementation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment (recommended).
- ServeSafe certification (preferred).
