Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Regional Director of Culinary & Environmental Services position. This position will oversee the culinary and environmental services operations for our Mid-South Region communities in the following locations:
- Magnolia Trace - Huntsville, AL
- Matthews Glen - Matthews, NC
- Park Pointe Village - Rock Hill, SC
- Tryon Estates - Columbus, NC
- Lanier Village Estates - Gainesville, GA
- Westminster Village - Spanish Fort, AL
This position offers the flexibility for the team member to reside near one of the locations above.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Culinary & Nutrition Services and Environmental Services management staff to provide high-quality services in each area, while maintaining budgetary and operational compliance. Participates in the development and initiation of training programs. Ensures compliance with company and departmental standards, policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in culinary and environmental services management

Pay Range
$93,730.00 - $118,766.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.Salary : $93,730 - $118,766
