Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Construction Carpenter at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including demolition, cabinetry, metal and wood framing, drywall installation, finish trim installation, window and door installation, siding installation, and other aspects of construction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Apprenticeship in carpentry is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in construction or maintenance related field
- Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
- Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license
Compensation:
