Overview
The Executive Director plays a crucial role in leading ACTSS towards achieving its mission and strategic goals to increase its impact. This position requires a visionary leader who can effectively manage finances, operations, work collaboratively with community stakeholders, and develop and implement programs that are strategic, well-staffed, well-resourced, financially sound, impactful, scalable, replicable, and responsive to community needs. Overview of Responsibilities
- Knowledge of organizational management with the demonstrated ability to manage support staff and develop high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Effective in nonprofit administration, meeting facilitation, consensus-building, organizational planning, and budgeting.
- Able to show clear results in the areas of donor development, fundraising, grant writing, and public relations.
- Working understanding of – and commitment to – the principles of trauma-informed care.
- Persuasive and passionate communicator (both oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team Leader with commitment and ability to lead in a collaborative work environment across multiple stakeholders including Board of Directors, staff, and the population ACTSS serves.
- Detail-oriented with strong strategic, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills.
- Demonstrated experience with grant and donor databases and financial management software.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and constituencies and have a strong commitment to supporting trauma victims and their families.
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field and/or in a similar industry
- Strong experience in Nonprofit programming, Donor Development, Grant management and oversight, Board and Leadership Development

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
