As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with real estate professionals, and promoting our home staging services. You will play a crucial role in growing our client base and helping us expand our presence in the market.
What you'll do
- Identify and target potential clients, including real estate agents, brokers, homeowners, and developers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and promote our home staging services to clients in a professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Attend industry events, local open houses, and networking events to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the staging and design team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the local real estate market.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, interior design, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Passion for home design, real estate, and customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides and other Google apps.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
