Role Description
As a Front Desk Associate with responsibilities spanning accounts payable, social media, marketing, and general office duties, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage phone calls and emails, and maintain a well-organized front desk area. In addition to processing invoices, communicating with vendors, and assisting with payment processing, you will contribute to social media by creating content, monitoring engagement, and reporting on analytics. Your marketing support will include aiding in campaign execution, conducting market research, coordinating events, and assisting in the creation of promotional materials.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Office Administration: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Basic Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with accounts payable processes, invoice management, and vendor communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
