Acture Solutions is looking for a motivated and service-minded Level I Helpdesk Technician to join our on-site support team at the Scotia Glenville School District. What You’ll Do
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to tech expert for students, educators, and school staff—helping them stay connected, productive, and supported. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to support requests and resolving hardware, software, and network issues across multiple school locations.
- Troubleshooting devices such as Windows computers, Chromebooks, printers, projectors, phones, and more.
- Managing support tickets and meeting service level expectations to keep things running smoothly.
- Installing and maintaining IT systems and participating in technology upgrades and rollouts.
- Documenting work, following safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to deliver quality results.
What You Bring
Required:
- Previous IT support experience (education or MSP experience a plus).
- Solid troubleshooting skills and familiarity with a variety of devices and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and ticketing platforms.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA Network
- CompTIA Security
