Your Role
As a Sales Operations Administrator, you'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth sales operations and outstanding service. You’ll support sales, manage key data, and help build long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Support sales with quotes, proposals, and documentation.
- Manage CRM data, invoices, and purchase requests.
- Coordinate communication between Sales, Finance, and technical teams.
- Process customer orders and special client invoices.
- Assist with trade shows and events.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
Who You Are
- Background in customer service, sales, operations, or account management.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline driven sales environment.
- Comfortable leading virtual client meetings and presentations.
- Highly self-directed with a proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team oriented environment.
- Consistently goes above and beyond to deliver strong results, dedicated to deliver excellence
- Combines autonomy with a strong team spirit to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in technology or IT solutions is a plus.
