Position Overview:
Acture Solutions is looking to hire a full-time AV Corporate Conference Technician who is highly knowledgeable in enterprise-grade audio-visual and conferencing tech implementations including Microsoft Teams/Teams Rooms, Zoom, Cisco Telepresence, and Polycom. Ideal candidates will have 5 years minimum experience implementing AV technologies and familiarity with Microsoft Teams. This is a fully onsite role based in Troy, NY.
Your Impact:
•Maintain AV equipment, such as monitors, tablets, and conference room setups.
•Assist in the configuration and set up of Microsoft Teams meetings, events, and integrations.
•Ensure daily equipment in conference rooms is operable and ready for hosting meetings.
•Troubleshoot AV and conference/event issues, providing excellent customer service to end users.
•Document processes and train others on new methodologies as needed, and follow SOPs and checklists.
•Undertake special projects as directed.

Who you are:
•Associates or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
•At least 5 years of experience in IT support at organizations supporting thousands of users.
•Experienced with supporting, installing, and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, tablets, and AV equipment/peripherals.
•Experienced in Microsoft Teams, including Teams rooms, Zoom, Polycom, Cisco Telepresence, and large-scale hosted events.
•Love problem-solving and helping others.
•Can change priorities quickly when necessary, yet still keep movement on long-term projects and tasks.
•Zealously believe in clean Cable Management.
Compensation:
•Salary of $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
