Acture Solutions is seeking an experienced Data & Reporting Analyst. As we continue our journey of expansion and innovation, we need someone with exceptional organizational and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and the accurate reporting of data within the Chappaqua School District.
Your Role: Data & Reporting Analyst
As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to meet district, state, and federal requirements. Working closely with administrators and educators, you will ensure data accuracy while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the Chappaqua School District.
Your Impact:
Data Management & Reporting
•Gather, organize, and maintain data from various sources, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
•Generate and submit required reports, including state, federal, and district-specific requests.
•Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
System Administration
•Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup, deletion, and security configurations.
•Oversee data imports, such as student photos, assessments, and state reporting records.
•Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks.
Help Desk & Application Support
•Provide support for systems like Infinite Campus, Canvas, and Parent Square.
•Respond to Help Desk tickets submitted by staff and parents via email, phone, or software, and escalate to vendors when necessary.
SQL Programming & Technical Expertise
•Utilize SQL Server, SSRS, and Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
•Create, run, and manage basic SQL queries and packages to support reporting needs.
Collaboration & Training
•Partner with district leaders and educators to develop data strategies aligned with goals.
•Train staff on data systems, entry protocols, and governance best practices.
Who You Are: Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
•Experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in an educational or public sector setting.
•Technical experience in SQL, Excel.
•Strong organizational and communication skills to convey data insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
•Familiarity with systems such as Infinite Campus, eSchoolData, or other educational data platforms.
•Knowledge of state and federal reporting requirements and data privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA).
•A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time onsite position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
