Responsibilities :

Customer Service : Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Provide personalized fashion advice and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.Product Knowledge : Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and store merchandise. Be knowledgeable about product details, pricing, and promotions.Sales Goals : Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.Merchandising : Maintain the store's visual appeal by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring a tidy and organized environment.Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.Inventory Management : Assist with inventory control, including stock checks, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.Cash Handling : Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Ensure all sales are properly recorded and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.Customer Feedback : Actively seek and listen to customer feedback to improve services and meet their needs.

Requirements : Industry Experience : A minimum of 3 years of apparel sales experience required.Language Skills : Business-level fluency in Japanese (N1 level) is essential. Proficiency in English is a plus.Able to commute to the store location.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for fashion and trends.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.

Preferred Skills : Jewelry sales experience.VMD (Visual Merchandising) experience.
