Japanese company is seeking an Sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email or in person.
• Receive orders, order entry to the system or change the orders.
• Answer the questions and manage the requests.
• Adjust complaints concerning the products, shipping, billing or service, referring complaints to designated departments for investigation.
Job Responsibilities and Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Increase sales and market share, meet goals in assigned sales territory.
- Service existing accounts, establish distribution network by cultivate new accounts.
- Prepare, exhibit and follow-up tradeshows.
- Promptly submit sales report, such as daily / weekly call reports, weekly / monthly work plans, and annual territory analyses.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, special sales promotions, etc.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigate problems; develop solutions; prepare reports; make recommendations to management.
- Report to Sales Manager.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and maintain in-depth product knowledge, ability to learn technical and repair skills are plus.
- Ability to negotiate with customers.
- Must be able to lift up to 66 lbs. of equipment for demonstration, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Self-motivated and motivation for sales.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Must be able to make cold calls to prospect end users and distributors, must be able to handle rejections and pressure.
- Must be able to travel up to 50%.

Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm (30 min break)
