Japanese IT solution service company is seeking a Salesforce Expert

Summary of Duties:
Lead maintenance and operation of open-system environments.
Proactively resolve issues by closely collaborating with user departments and IT teams.
Assess impact areas effectively during modifications of existing systems based on high technical proficiency.
General Maintenance and Operations Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Manage inquiry statuses and report to management.
Troubleshoot issues.
Investigate impacts during system modifications.
Develop and execute test cases based on business scenarios.

Skills:
Must have:
Proven experience and achievements in leading development and maintenance on Salesforce.
Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
IT knowledge for troubleshooting on Windows OS (authentication, network, etc.).
Native English proficiency.

Nice to have:
Experience with development and operations in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
Intermediate proficiency in Japanese.
