Position Summary
The position is an integral part of the Nutritionals sales team and plays a critical role in sales, marketing, sales budgeting, risk management, efficiency measures, and customer satisfaction. The employee is required to work effectively across the organization and relies on his/her experience and judgment to plan and accomplish agreed company goals.

Position Summary
The position is an integral part of the Nutritionals sales team and plays a critical role in sales, marketing, sales budgeting, risk management, efficiency measures, and customer satisfaction. The employee is required to work effectively across the organization and relies on his/her experience and judgment to plan and accomplish agreed company goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of customers, products, and suppliers.
- Expanding sales in territory.
- Establishing and developing trading relationships with suppliers and our offices in China India and Europe.
- Coordinating marketing studies to assess the demand and supply market, its trends, competitive activity and wishes of the customer data but also accounting, financial or commercial need for good monitoring sector which is responsible
- Visiting customers often to develop close working relationships.
- Writing call reports covering details of visits to customers.
- Preparing annual forecast for portfolio of products and other forecasts as needed.
- Seeking ways to increase growth above normal organic growth.
- Developing new products, customers, and markets.
- Pursuing efficiencies within department, especially when it comes to sharing of information.
- Communicating clearly and directly with employees concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability.
- Managing overall inventory levels.
- Assisting Accounting with recovering slow payments and resolving disputes.
- Working closely with Customer Service/Logistics and internal functions to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with regulatory and traffic to be sure products meet all applicable laws.
- Promoting the organization in industry and trade associations.
Required Experience & Knowledge
- Degree in Science, Chemistry, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ demonstrated sales and product management experience.
- Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to customers and senior management.

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
