Production Supervisor

Position Summary
This position is responsible for supervision of an Operations team, including the planning and execution of daily operations tasks. The primary activities for this position will be to lead completion of all manufacturing campaigns, on-floor execution, daily task planning to support manufacturing goals, and quality system compliance at the Woodruff facility, or at the Polk facility.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead operations team for successful execution of cGMP and non-cGMP manufacturing campaigns.
- Communicate with cross functional teams to plan manufacturing tasks.
- Provide support and training to operations personnel.
- Execute all cGMP documentation within compliance of our quality system.
- Allocate personnel resources to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Review and approve quality system documentation as operations representative.
- Assist in planning for upcoming manufacturing activities.
- Direct daily tasks of operations personnel to ensure completion.
- Manage personnel issues with the support of management
Required Experience & Knowledge
- Previous cGMP manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulations preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment in GMP setting.
- Experience with temperature-controlled glass reaction systems.
- Experience with batch filtration through vacuum and/or pressure in a closed vessel.
- Experience with document management system software (MasterControl preferred).
- Ability to lead and direct personnel in work duties.
- Willingness and ability to work in regulated environment.
- Technical problem-solving ability.
- Prioritizing personnel allocation and workload.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to work both independently and as a team player.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate considerate and safe behaviors in the workplace.

- Proficiency with Microsoft suite.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma, college degree preferred
- 5 years’ experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment with increasing responsibility is preferred
Physical Demand/Work Environment
- Works in an office, laboratory, clean space environment
- Must be able to work safely with chemicals and hazardous materials
- May work at both Actylis sites in Eugene, and may travel between sites as needed
- May sit or stand for long periods of time
- May lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
