Position Summary
Operations Associate will assist our operations team with various projects and daily tasks. This temporary position provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and possesses a foundational understanding of engineering principles.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist operations with design, testing, and implementation of operations projects.
- Conduct research, gather data, and analyze results to support manufacturing solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support the development and validation of prototypes or models.
- Perform basic calculations and simulations under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain organization of engineering files and documentation.
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards in all engineering activities.
Education/Experience:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering - Industrial preferred.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and concepts.
- Previous internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, etc.:
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or similar tools
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment or prototyping tools.

The salary range for the position of Temporary Operations Associate is $17 - $19 per hour. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity and other factors as permitted by law.
This salary range is provided in good faith and is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
