- Process quarterly filings and payroll for clients
- Prepare and review tax returns
- Troubleshoot accounting-related issues and discrepancies
- Coach and support clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Mentor and train internal team members to handle questions and requests
- Conduct technical research to stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Coordinate and assist with special projects, as needed
