As an ABA Therapist, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work closely with children diagnosed with Autism, implementing behavior modification strategies and teaching essential skills under the guidance of a BCBA supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with Autism, focusing on skill development and decreasing problematic behaviors.
• Implement individualized plans crafted by a BCBA supervisor, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and engage in ongoing data collection to track improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with families and fellow team members to foster a supportive environment for each child's growth.

• Strong interpersonal abilities to connect with children and their families.
• Capability to follow detailed plans and instructions provided by BCBA supervisors.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or higher.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work at least two weekday afternoons.
• A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are necessary.
• Prior experience in working with children is advantageous, but not mandatory.
