Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to children with Autism, focusing on skill development and decreasing problematic behaviors.
- Implement individualized plans crafted by a BCBA supervisor, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and engage in ongoing data collection to track improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with families and fellow team members to foster a supportive environment for each child's growth.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to connect with children and their families.
- Capability to follow detailed plans and instructions provided by BCBA supervisors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
- An enthusiastic willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or higher.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Availability to work at least two weekday afternoons.
- A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are necessary.
