Job Description
We are looking to add a Sr. Project Manager / Principal Consultant to join our growing organization.
Services Delivery
- Project Manager / Project Lead for consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud suite large enterprise projects
- Manages Project Plan, Project Budget, Project Resources and project issue escalations
- Conducts business process analysis, documents decisions and configures requirements.
- Creates recommendations and solutions for configuration and design and shares Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.
- Delivers project management, manages project scope, timeline and budgets and works thru issue resolutions.
- Leads testing, writes test scripts, stages testing data and testing issue solutions.
- Manages multiple projects.
Services Sales
- Provide support for sales opportunities with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Provide support for Oracle HCM Cloud product demo for services sales team.
- Provide support for with Oracle HCM Cloud on sales calls and meetings.
- Provide support with development of sales services package offerings.
Program / Services Development
- PMO support
- Provides support for services offerings for Oracle HCM Cloud Consulting Services
- Creating/enhance consulting service delivery tools
- Documents/enhance consulting services methodologies
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
Experience
- 10 years of experience in managing HCM projects required
- 5 years of experience with OracleHCM project management required with proven project delivery through full project lifecycle for OracleHCM Suite Projects and implementation experience of at least 1 OracleHCM module.
- 5 years of experience in OracleHCM CoreHR, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), and/or Payroll will be a plus
- 5 years of cloud technology implementation and project management and/or Functional Lead experience required
- 2 years of Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support a must
- 2 years of Oracle HCM Cloud sales scoping support a plus
- Experience in eBS or PeopleSoft a plus
