JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for educating the medical community on all aspects of the Hospitals (Atlantic City and Willingboro) and its services with emphasis on the patient referral and admission process. Performs clinical assessments to determine appropriate patients for admissions to the Hospitals. Responsible for servicing the contracts to ensure new revenue and census projections reach target.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION)
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare setting
• Marketing experience
• Computer literate
• Possess reliable transportation
• Able to speak, read and write English
• Able to work in high stress environment
• Previous community education experience
• Previous hospital experience
• Two (2) years ICU experience
• Experience with ventilator-dependent patients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong planning, time management and reporting skills
• Organizational and planning skills to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Deal with difficult individuals while maintaining composure
• Self-motivated, self-directed and well organized
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in the Ocean County market preferred.
