Job Summary

Established private practice in Lufkin, TX is seeking a dedicated Hearing Care Provider to join our established team in Lufkin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accessing and treating patients through a patient journey to achieve their best hearing, which includes diagnostic evaluations and making recommendations for hearing aids that will help our patients achieve their best hearing. This is a fast-paced office setting, where the provider will work directly with a patient care coordinator on the goals of the office. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team in a growing private practice environment where patient care is paramount.

Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments to diagnose hearing loss in patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Provide hearing aid fittings and adjustments - Educate patients on hearing conservation and rehabilitation strategies - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements: State Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist License in the State of Texas. Strong patient service orientation. This position offers a competitive salary, $100k income potential based on sales ability.
