Responsibilities

What you 'll be doing:

• Support an application delivery program by understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies and constraints.
• Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Produce supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation.  
• Provide end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 3 years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development.
• Experience working within Agile software development environment.
• Experience with creation and maintenance of user support documentation.
• Experience with supporting system quality and verification in collaboration with other team members.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work across distributed teams.
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in a client-facing capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills:

• Lean six sigma certification.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience triaging user issues.
• Experience with drafting communications (user, leadership briefs, system notifications).

Clearance Requirements:

• TS/SCI w/Poly
