Aculabs, an industry leader servicing long-term care homes across the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant. We are proudly family-owned and operated since 1972! Optimal candidates are self-starters willing to train with an experienced member of our team. No previous experience is necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team by assisting with managing and maintaining employee documentation, performing administrative duties, scanning, and contributing to the efficient operation of HR processes.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 3:00pm
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and other Google applications.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Candidates will be considered with any of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role (preferred).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
