- Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced senior executive to lead the Business Process improvement portfolio at Aculocity. The ideal candidate will be a process-first individual, with hands on experience in delivering business results with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Specifically, the role involves developing and executing on value streams and process transformations that enhance clients' business outcomes, leveraging the use of technology. The VP will oversee a team of Process Experts and Business Analysts, manage client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, optimized processes that are simple, smart, takes less time, cost optimized, repeatable and reliable, thereby empowering the organization to achieve strategic objectives and sustain competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Process Improvement :
Develop deep knowledge of the business and build both horizontal and vertical relationships with business and IT leaders that deliver real business impact.Analyze the current business processes, and implement process related improvements that support lean enterprise, increase efficiency and effectivenessOwn the companies' business process improvement activities and translate the standard process requirements to Aculocity's Solution Delivery OrganizationStandardize and document improved processes for formal "how to" playbook including key performance measurementsEnsure efficient processes are followed, and close conformance between processes and system features are maintainedStrategic Leadership :Develop and implement the business technology office strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.Develop and execute a business process improvement roadmap to prioritize most impactful value streams for our array of businessesIdentify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on our business processes.Drive innovation and ensure the division stays at the forefront of industry developments.Team Leadership :Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business technology experts / engineers.Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development within the team.Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the business demands and industry standards.Project Management :Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of business technology projects.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.Position Requirements :
Formal Education & Experience
Undergraduate degree in Industrial / Process Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.An advanced degree is preferred.Lean Enterprise practical experience is highly desired.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business role (specifically, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Shared Services, Customer Experience) implementing technology transformationsAt least 5 years in a leadership role in Manufacturing and / or Service Industries.Demonstrated track record of creating technology solutions to solve complex business problems (globally, or across multiple divisions or regions within a single company).Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Skills and Competencies :
