Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Support the Event Coordinator in developing event timelines and budgets.
- Conduct research to identify potential venues, caterers, and entertainment options.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
- Manage registration processes and assist attendees with inquiries before, during, and after events.
- Assist with on-site event management, ensuring all elements run smoothly and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
