Salary Range:
$18.00- $27.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in accordance with company policies.
- Assist customers with order processing, technical support, and account management inquiries.
Requirements:
