Acum Connect is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Customer Service representative. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and updated customer data while providing exceptional customer service.
Pay Range :
17.00 - $26.00 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our database
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Compile and generate reports on customer data and performance metrics
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and organizing documents
