We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in the development and execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns designed to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. As a crucial member of the team, you will assist in coordinating marketing efforts across multiple channels including digital marketing, social media, content creation, and events.

Job: Full time

Salary Range: $21.50 - $31.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Prepare reports on marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role or internship, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
