OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Key focuses of this role will be to organize and plan new and existing client implementations, software release management (internal and external) and act as technology liaison for Payroll Department. A successful candidate will rely on their consultative approach, project management abilities, and customer engagement skills to ensure projects are delivered in the utmost quality and satisfaction.
- Act as primary project contact for clients and internal groups during Implementation process
- Lead projects through their entirety through effective project management, configuration, and training.
- Act as technology liaison for the Payroll Department including managing software release and their impact on Payroll Department policies and procedures. Create and implement necessary trainings for both internal and external clients.
- Manage customer relationships through proactive engagements, communication, and governance to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely and satisfactory fashion.
- Monitor and ensure a successful go-live of a client solution.
- Developing and maintain professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.
- Maintaining accurate and complete documentation and procedures identified throughout the project relating to new product/feature functionality.
- Work in solving complex problems and providing professional coaching to our clients in the effective use of our product suite
- Engage with cross-functional teams with varying levels of seniority and experience to support various software releases and client needs
- Accelerate company and team growth by improving processes and contributing new ideas provide timely responses and resolutions to inquiries and requests
- Perform recurring project health and status reports to ensure projects are running according to plan.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of client service experience, or software project management
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, professional teaming and ability to appropriately positively influence others
- Outstanding phone, remote screen share, and presentation skills are a must
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related technology field
- Strong customer services skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and task management skills
- Technical aptitude for learning internal systems and configuring as required
- Strong customer service focus, work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Track record of maintaining client accounts through exceptional service and a demonstrated ability to interpret client needs
- Ability to provide proper decision making for utilizing internal business capabilities to solve the client’s needs
- Collaborative team player who is adept at developing internal and external relationships.
- Self-motivated, well organized and able to handle multiple projects with varied products, processes, and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
