What´s the role…
As an Associate Advisor, you will be part of a team delivering consulting services for the assigned projects and/or engagement team. You will work in developing recommendations and optimization solutions for clients, based on research activities, application of technology, and market trends. Areas of impact may include optimization of the organizational structure, processes, procedures, infrastructure, technology, software, finance, logistics, and operational effectiveness, depending on the specific needs of the project. The projects you will be involved in are primarily focused on transportation, infrastructure, and design, where you will contribute to improving systems, processes, and solutions tailored to these critical sectors.
How you will add value…
- Building client relations to understand needs and propose solutions.
- Gathering, documenting and analyzing business requirements through research, interviews, workshops, etc.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications that developers and designers can understand.
- Creating process flow diagrams and documenting current and future state processes.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and suggesting potential solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure effective communication and understanding of project goals.
- Gathering and organizing data to building dashboards that provide better visibility for the information.
- Assisting in user training, creating user documentation, and providing post-implementation support.
What you need…
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration - Management related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in transportation, infrastructure, or design preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Extremely proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in process optimization, systems implementation, project management or client engagement and consulting.
- Knowledge in software as Power Bi, Power Apps, preferred.
