What´s the role…
As a Grants Coordinator, you will help manage the full lifecycle of grants, from planning and preparation to post-award administration. You will ensure compliance with regulations and funding requirements and work closely with grantees and sub-grantees. The role also involves identifying and developing new grant opportunities.
How you will add value…
- Managing of grants for program compliance, contractual requirements, ensuring goals and objectives.
- Revising contract documents for compliance with federal regulations.
- Overseeing programs and projects during their life cycle planning process.
- Providing training and guidance to grantees and sub grantees regarding Federal fund requirements.
- Developing program progress reports and follow-ups, including statistics, charts and presentations.
- Managing the budget and fund allocation.
- Coordinating the preparation and submission of grant proposals.
- Maintaining an internal grant calendar and ensure timely submission of applications and reports.
What you need…
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, or related subject.
- 2-5 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Extremely proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience dealing with confidential and proprietary information
- Ability to coordinate meetings and functions
