Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our B2B marketing team. This role will focus on creating and executing content-driven digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales objectives. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B technology marketing, is skilled in content strategy, and has hands-on experience managing digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development : Create, edit, and optimize content for various digital channels, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, product pages, email campaigns, and social media, tailored to the B2B buyer’s journey.
- Digital Campaign Management : Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (paid social, email, SEO, PPC) to engage and nurture prospects.
- Social Media and Website Management : Oversee Acumera’s social media presence and contribute to website updates, ensuring messaging is aligned with current marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing : Collaborate on strategies to drive lead generation, track campaign performance, and implement lead nurturing tactics using HubSpot or similar tools.
- SEO and Content Optimization : Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and visibility.
- Data-Driven Marketing : Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead quality, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to align marketing efforts with Acumera’s business objectives.
- Content Calendar and Project Management : Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of all marketing campaigns.
