Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle HR Management: Oversee the entire HR lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes that align with company goals and encourage employee growth.
- HR Strategy: Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning and development.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage Excel and other HR tools to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the HR function.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of full cycle HR experience, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (including data analysis, reporting, and advanced functions) and experience with HRIS systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech or cybersecurity industry is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
- High Energy: A proactive and energetic approach to work, with a passion for people and technology.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
