About the Role :
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is looking for an experienced AI / ML Engineer to develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI-powered solutions in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Traditional AI / ML techniques, PyTorch, and Model Fine-tuning to enhance clinical decision-making, medical research, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for various healthcare applications such as clinical summarization, automated diagnosis assistance, and medical text generation.
- Work with Generative AI frameworks to create synthetic medical data while ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Implement Traditional AI / ML algorithms for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and medical imaging analysis.
- Optimize deep learning models using PyTorch for efficient deployment in healthcare environments.
- Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs (GPT, BERT, BioBERT, MedPaLM, etc.) for domain-specific healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with data engineers, medical professionals, and regulatory teams to ensure AI models align with clinical workflows and compliance standards.
- Conduct error analysis and bias mitigation to improve AI-driven healthcare outcomes.
- Work on explainable AI (XAI) techniques to enhance model interpretability for healthcare practitioners.
- Deploy models in a cloud-based (AWS, Azure, GCP) or edge computing environment.
- Maintain high standards of security, scalability, and performance for AI solutions in healthcare.
