Position Summary
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field management, reporting, and coaching activities. This role serves as the direct report for our Quality Inspectors and ensures continuous improvement within our field team (which includes hourly installers and subcontractors). The Field Supervisor will utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to develop action plans and drive incremental improvements. Additionally, they will be responsible for keeping the owner informed of all pertinent information and collaborating with team leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, hold accountable, and train the Quality Inspectors using our Standard Installation Practices (SIP) as the evaluation framework.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Installation Practices and plumbing codes.
- Provide outstanding customer service in the field, particularly by maintaining strong relationships with Builder Superintendents.
- Improve installation quality delivered by Plumbing Solutions installers.
- Assist in priority situations and handle emergencies within your designated area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with Good Record (Minimum of 5 Years)
- Our insurance company requires a 5-Year Continuous Clean Record for onboarding eligibility.
- 2-4 Year Management Degree (Preferred)
- 2 Years of Multi-Phase Home Construction Experience (Preferred)
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Solicitation Agreement Required Upon Hiring
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor.
- Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently after training.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Availability to work full-time from 7:30 AM until completion (end time varies).
- Monday through Friday work schedule (weekend work available on an optional basis).
