Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 14 years of expertise in IVR technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative IVR solutions to enhance customer experience. This role requires in-depth knowledge of IVR systems, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid work model during day shifts. No travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of IVR solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of IVR systems with existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical expertise in IVR technology and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements for IVR projects
- Develop detailed technical documentation for IVR solutions.
