OFFICE MANAGER Part-Time needed to manage our busy and growing holistic health center located in the Southside of Jacksonville. Seeking a self-motivated multi-tasker, detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills and experience managing people. Insurance billing and bookkeeping experience required.
Approximately 30 hours per week.
Summary
As a part-time Office Manager, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the owner of the practice. Your core responsibilities will include insurance billing, overseeing front desk administration, managing office communications with your front desk team and our providers, payroll, and ensuring organizational efficiency. Utilizing your premium skills in vendor management and budgeting, you will help maintain financial accuracy and operational effectiveness. Additionally, your relevant experience in medical office management and customer service will enhance our team's performance and support our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
