Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on Acura vehicles
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain recommended repairs and provide updates on repair status
- Continuously update skills and knowledge through training and education programs provided by Acura
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational school degree preferred
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Service Technician
- ASE certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
