Job Summary:
Acura of Avon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Canton, Connecticut. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial activities related to the dealership operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission structure.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Finance Manager position at Acura of Avon offers a compensation package of $8500 to $12000 per month. In addition to the base salary, the role also includes a commission structure based on the performance of the dealership. The successful candidate will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all financial activities related to the dealership operations
- Work closely with sales team to offer financing options to customers
- Process and finalize all financial transactions for vehicle sales, leases, and aftermarket products
- Submit loan applications and ensure proper documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining financial products and services in a clear and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain accurate records
- Train and mentor finance team members on sales techniques and compliance regulations
- Analyze and report on dealership's financial performance to upper management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and insurance companies
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the auto industry
- Strong knowledge of all financial and insurance products and services
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance software programs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
