Automotive Parts Consultant

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and guidance on automotive parts and accessories. Your ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service, retail sales, and inventory control.

Duties

• Engage with customers to assess their parts needs and provide relevant recommendations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that stock levels are optimized for customer demand.
• Collaborate with dealership teams to promote products and services effectively.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and dealership operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose automotive issues effectively.
• A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
