We are seeking a qualified candidate to handle our Accounts payable as well as back-up our Receptionist/Cashier to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Input Accounts payable into our Dealertrack DMS
- Post manual journal entries and any other posting as required
- Prepare and Distribute Checks
- Answer Phones
- Process Cash and Credit Card transactions
- Handle customer inquiries
- Filing
- Answer phones and direct customer to the proper department
- Checking out service customers and handling payment
- Computer Skills
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
