Acura of Ocean is looking for a Motor Vehicle Clerk for the office. Our dealership is a single point family owned location that is looking to expand the office to handle the rapidly growing sales. This is a Monday through Friday position from 9 am to 5 pm.

Acura of Ocean is looking for a Motor Vehicle Clerk for the office. Our dealership is a single point family owned location that is looking to expand the office to handle the rapidly growing sales. This is a Monday through Friday position from 9 am to 5 pm.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing transactions through Dealertrack
- Prepare title paperwork including processing all new and used vehicle registrations
- Sending title work to NJCar for processing
- Sending Out of State title work to our out of state agency
- Posting and reconciling all DMV transactions
- Package contract to overnight to financial institutions
- Follow-up with financial institutions on payoff's to ensure we received the correct paperwork
- Monthly reconciliation of DMV fee schedule
- Wholesale deals
- Flipping titles
- Computer Skills
- Organization
