Overview

As a Greeter at Acura of the Rio Grande Valley, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership, delivering exceptional first impressions to customers. In addition to greeting, you will handle receptionist duties, including contacting customers when license plates arrive, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering, screening, and routing calls with professionalism, and taking clear, accurate messages when necessary.
• Notify customers promptly when their license plates are available.
• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area to reflect the dealership’s high standards.
• Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Perform clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing, with attention to detail.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations and catering, communicating schedules to relevant staff.
• Monitor and order office supplies, arranging equipment maintenance as needed.
• Organize and file paperwork, such as receipts and vehicle plate documentation, accurately.
• Address customer inquiries courteously in-person and over the phone, using proper phone etiquette.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support dealership operations.

• Familiarity with office equipment, including fax machines, scanners, and multi-line phones.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
• Must pass drug test and background check screenings.
