Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection and analysis related to employee performance, engagement, retention, and workforce trends.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports for HR leadership, using tools like Excel, Tableau, KNIME, and Visier.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns and trends in employee data and present findings to key stakeholders across HR and the business.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Assist in employee surveys and other data-gathering initiatives to assess organizational health.
- Help in automating HR reporting processes and improving data quality.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python) is desirable.
- Willingness to learn new tools and methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable speaking with high level executives.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience in people analytics, working on real-world projects that have a direct impact on the organization.
- Exposure to a wide range of HR functions and strategic initiatives.
