Summary: The FootJoy Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the execution of the global FJ Brand Narrative across consumer channels and developing industry leading go-to-market content to support it. This role is accountable for aligning cross functional teams to bring a connected and consistent Brand and product message to our consumers by championing the content development process with internal and external creative partners, aligning our global marketing teams, and connecting channel activation leads. As an experienced marketer, this role provides strategic leadership across all marketing channels, brand creative, and uses data informed consumer insights to bring our Brand and products to life to deliver on business and brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the global FJ Brand Narrative by providing visible leadership across the global marketing organization, ongoing alignment with global teams, and delivering on-time marketing campaign toolkits and strategies to deliver business and brand goals.
- Delivering a strategic, full-funnel marketing approach by coordinating Channel Activation Leads and Creative team to deliver the right message at the right point in the consumer journey.
- Responsible for writing and delivering Key Product and Key Story Marketing Briefs for Internal Creative and Channel Marketing Leads for consumer activation campaigns.
- Accountable for integrated activation of key stories and products to deliver a consistent presentation of the Brand globally.
- Define holistic campaign measurement and success metrics and partner with Activation teams to evaluate campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or consumer-related field (Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Economics, Mathematics), MBA is an asset.
- 5-7 years’ work experience in a similar integrated marketing role managing multiple marketing channels with a global brand or agency. Hands-on experience partnering or directing creative teams, paid & owned media strategy, and marketing analytics.
- A Modern marketers toolbox with expertise in Microsoft Office, Google/Microsoft/Meta advertising and analytics platforms; understanding of ecommerce platforms, customer data platforms, multi-channel activation hub capabilities and uses.
- A unique combination of strategy, creative and planning skills with a proven track record in brand positioning, campaign and program development and brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills - both verbally and written - with experience writing creative and marketing activation briefs.
- You’re passionate about sport (ideally golf), building brands, and delivering a connected consumer journey.
- You thrive by taking initiative and work well within a team.
- Excellent organization skills with a keen attention to detail.
Salary : $99,900 - $126,000
