Key Responsibilities:
- Design internal communication materials and assets using Adobe Creative Suite programs.
- Develop content for internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters, SharePoint, etc.) and Associate events.
- Collaborate with HR team members and contribute fresh ideas for content that aligns with company values and priorities.
- Develop small-scale video assets for HR and culture initiatives.
- Design employer branding assets to effectively communicate the company’s values and culture to current and prospective employees.
- Champion our brand by applying brand standards, typography, photography, and other design elements appropriately.
- Assist with other communication related tasks as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong preference for a candidate with previous photography experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in internal communications or content media is a plus.
