We seek a dynamic recruiter to assist us in recruiting and hiring Nurses, Therapists and Home Health Aides. Must have impeccable computer skills and be able to operate in a fast paced environment as well as a healthcare and recruiting background.

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Recruiting Specialist's primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Review Resumes Identifying Key Qualifications and Experiences Related to Specified Job Descriptions
  • Identify Qualified Candidates who Have Applied via ATS and Related Job Boards
  • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process
  • Collect Proper Documentation Including Background Checks, Licenses, and Certifications Needed for Onboarding and Compliance
  • Perform Reference Checks
  • Document All Key Information Pertaining to Candidates
  • Field Inbound Calls to the Agency
  • Source Candidates from Other Job Boards

    • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 1 Year Healthcare Recruitment Experience
  • Working Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional Writing Skills
  • Excellent with social media (Preferred)
  • Research and Analytical
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Superior Phone Etiquette
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills
